We ship worldwide.

Shipping Costs

• Italy, Switzerland and European Union: Free shipping on all orders.
• Countries outside the European Union: A flat shipping fee of €29.99 applies to all orders.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Processing and Delivery

Italy: estimated transit time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

For return shipments only, the risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the customer. This statement does not apply to delivery of the original order to the customer.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country, are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs, and are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or by the shipping carrier.
