Shipping Costs

• Italy and European Union: Free shipping on all orders.
• Countries outside the European Union: A flat shipping fee of €29.99 applies to all orders.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country, are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs, and are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or by the shipping carrier.
