Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be returned within 14 days of delivery;
• be unused and in their original condition;
• include all original packaging, labels and accessories;
• not show any signs of wear, damage or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The cost of returning the products is always the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

The following deductions will apply:

• Returns from Italy and European Union countries: A fixed €15.00 logistics and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with return processing, quality inspection, repackaging, inventory management and warehouse handling.
• Returns from countries outside the European Union: 22% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount to cover international return logistics, customs administration, import processing, inspection and warehouse handling costs.

Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Return Policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned package has been received and successfully inspected at our warehouse. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return, you must complete the return request form available on our "Request a Return" page, or alternatively contact our Customer Support team at support@rogerspeetcompany.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to return your item(s). Products returned without a prior return request may not be accepted.
